Our club is specifically designed and equipped for maximum membership utilization, making sure each member gets the proper physical conditioning for improved personal attitudes, appearance, and general health. We are centrally located, with easy access and ample parking, ideally located to better serve you.
Qualified fitness instructors will guide you through a personalized fitness program using the following facilities:
- Large Coed Fitness Room Equipped with machines, free weights, and cardiovascular equipment. Available 7 days per week to men and women.
- Ladies Only Room Available from 9 AM till close on Mon-Wed-Fri. Mens day is Tues-Thurs-Sat.
- Aerobic Center Classes 6 days. Our certified instructors offer a variety of intensities and styles.
- Whirlpool, Sauna, Steam Room & Polar Plunge are available on alternate days. See ladies and men’s only days above.
- Child Care Center
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff, most of whom have long-term associations with the spa, are always professional in approach, completely aware of members capabilities, needs, and limitations. Whether you are a novice, or an advanced fitness expert, we make you feel at home in the Spa’s warm and cordial atmosphere. You will enjoy the feeling of belonging at Rome Health Spa.
