Rome Health Spa is Rome’s leading fitness facility since 1971. Locally owned and operated, we’re open 7 days a week for your convenience. Our spacious gym includes 12,000 square feet of exercise equipment, with a 4,500-square-foot aerobic center with classes 6 days per week. We offer everything from body building and sculpting, fitness assessments, nutritional counseling, personal training and more. We offer a large co-ed weight floor and one room that alternates days for men and women.

All floors are co-ed from 5:30 am until 9:00 am. Floors are co-ed on Sunday afternoons.
