Welcome to Rome Health Spa, East Rome's 1st 24/7 full Service gym! Locally owned and operated with a reputation built on providing quality services with individualized attention to members since 1971. Rome Health Spa delivers an overall positive experience, promoting improvement in health and wellness for people of all ages.
-Our club is designed and equipped for maximum membership utilization, making sure each member gets the proper physical conditioning for improved personal attitudes, appearance, and general health. We are centrally located, with easy access and ample parking, ideally located in East Rome to better serve you.
We are now open 24/7 and we are the first gym in East Rome to allow all of our members access for their workout at anytime including all holidays!
- Two Large Coed Fitness Rooms Equipped with machines, free weights, and cardiovascular equipment. Available 7 days per week to men and women.
- Aerobic Center Classes 6 days. Our certified instructors offer a variety of intensities and styles.
Steam Room & Polar Plunge are available on alternate days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday for Ladies and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday for Men.
- Child Care Center available 6 days a week.
